I grew up in Bournemouth, before moving to the bright lights of London to learn my trade. However, when our kids came along, it soon became apparent we should move back down to Bournemouth. At the time my branding and web development business had grown along with my clients, most of whom I worked with remotely, so moving was no problem.
Bournemouth is a beautiful place with miles of award winning sandy beaches as well as being a pine cone throw from the New Forest. What better location for a web development agency? Bournemouth has also become known as the South’s Silicon Valley. This was is no small part due to the fact that in May 2018, Bournemouth was named the second-fastest growing area for start-ups in the UK. It’s certainly a place where the services of a web development agency are in high demand.
Since moving back to Bournemouth, I have built up a large number of local clients. Working locally with businesses is effective as not only are meetings and presentations easier to conduct, but having grown up in Bournemouth I have an innate knowledge of the area, including industries, people and the local business support services available. Conclusion
There are many places I could live and work, but honestly, Bournemouth offers the best balance between being a growing business hub and also being a brilliant place to bring up a family.
