Lafferty Grove develop homes for high net worth individuals.

They needed an identity that reflected the dreams of their high earning customers.

Through a brand workshop with the client and research into local competition, we discovered there was a gap in the market for a building development brand that focussed on the aspirations of home development customers. So I came up with the positioning statement, ‘Builders of Aspirational Homes’.

The logo design illustrated the strap-line in a memorable way. A set of simple brand guidelines allowed the client to commission suppliers easily, saving time and money on production.
